Traditional Tantra Massage

A sacred art of bodily, energetic and spiritual reconnection

The Tantra Massage I offer is a transformative experience rooted in the ancestral teachings of India. Through conscious touch, loving presence and traditional techniques, the subtle body awakens, vital energy is harmonized, and all that blocks the fullness of feeling is released.

This massage is not only physical — it is a meditation in motion. An invitation to return to the body as a temple, the heart as a guide, and the soul as sacred space.

Traditional Techniques I Apply in My Sessions

1. Prana Pratishtha

An ancient energy activation technique that infuses life (prana) into different points of the body. Through conscious intention and ritual touch, the energetic channels are awakened, allowing vital energy to flow freely.

2. Kara Niyasa

A subtle technique applied to the hands and arms, considered extensions of the heart. This practice invokes silent mantras through touch, helping to release emotional blockages and body-held memories.

3. Kosha

A deep massage over the five “koshas” or layers of being: physical body, energy body, mental body, wisdom body, and bliss body. This technique guides you inward, awakening both bodily and spiritual awareness.

4. Pratyahara

A technique of inward turning. Through massage and silence, the mind quiets and the senses withdraw inward, facilitating a meditative state of deep peace.
