The body holds memory.
Emotional experiences, unexpressed needs and prolonged stress are stored in the body as chronic tension and protective patterns, commonly referred to as bodily armouring.
These armours once served as protection. Over time, however, they begin to restrict breathing, sensitivity, emotional expression and the natural flow of vital energy.
NeoTantra Therapeutic Bodywork is a conscious, somatic approach inspired by neo-reichian principles and contemporary NeoTantra practices. It integrates therapeutic touch, breathwork and presence to gently dissolve these bodily defences.
Through this work, the natural flow of vital energy (orgone) is progressively restored, allowing the body to recover its pulsation, sensitivity and aliveness.
As the armour softens, the body remembers its original state
beyond masks, beyond survival patterns —
reconnecting with its authentic Self.

HOW A SESSION WORKS
Each session is a private, safe and contained space, adapted to the individual rhythm and needs of the client.
A session may include:
• Initial body and emotional check-in
• Conscious breathing to support energetic flow
• Therapeutic bodywork and mindful touch
• Somatic integration and grounding
No processes are forced.
The body releases only what it is ready to release.
Maximum session length: 2 hours 30 minutes, ensuring quality, presence and professional integrity.
